At the heart of Botanical Republic’s philosophy is a conscious and ethical sourcing approach. For all of our distillates aka hydrosols and botanical extracts, purchase from suppliers who maintain direct relationships with farmers across seven states: California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This regional network strengthens domestic agriculture, supports small-scale farming, and minimizes transportation related emissions.
For ingredients that are available only in certain countries, we extend our sourcing globally through U.S. based suppliers who conduct extensive research and vetting. Even then, our standards remain unwavering. Suppliers must demonstrate verifiable fair-trade practices, environmental responsibility, and full traceability of origin.
