Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Botanical Republic. Generally, in order to ensure the sustainability and ongoing operations of small businesses and given the unique characteristics of the products, many do not accept returns or exchanges. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Regular priced full size items 
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Please note that Botanical Republic cannot process refunds for original shipping charges, as these fees go directly to the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are unable to issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen. Please also be aware that purchases from unauthorized retailers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for damage, defects, product discrepancies, or lost packages once an order has been delivered to a freight forwarding service. Orders delivered to a forwarding company are not eligible for replacements or refunds. If a package is lost or damaged after it has been received by the freight forwarder, the issue must be addressed directly with the forwarding company.

SALE ITEMS

Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are only available for items purchased at full price.

TRAVEL SIZE ITEMS

Travel or mini-size products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
