Our formulas are plant-based and made with naturally derived ingredients: botanical oils, butters, flower waters, and extracts. Ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) on each label are certified organic. Every product page shows the full ingredient list, so you can see exactly what’s inside before you buy.

Our products are soy and gluten free. However, some of the certified organic carrier oils we used are from nut trees. Please be sure to check our ingredient list before making a purchase.

We only use preservatives that are all derived from natural ingredients such as Aspen Bark. Rosemary Extract, and Fermented Radish Root. We also use Vitamin E (Sunflower) in some of our products to extend the natural shelf life. This helps keep the oils fresh.

Please check with your doctor or midwife before using any skincare while pregnant or nursing. Our formulas are plant-based, but several contain essential oils, and some essential oils aren’t recommended during pregnancy.

Hydrosol (Water) based formulas need an effective preservation system to remain safe and stable. Depending on the product, our formulas may use ingredients such as Lactobacillus Ferment, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Aspen Bark Extract, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Phenethyl Alcohol, or Potassium Sorbate.

Our water-free facial oils use antioxidants such as Tocopherol (Vitamin E) and Rosemary Leaf Extract to help protect the oils from oxidation. Please check the product page for the exact ingredient list for each formula.

You’ll never see “fragrance” or “parfum” on our labels. That one word can stand in for a mixture of undisclosed ingredients, and we’d rather you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin.

Our current ingredient lists do not use the general terms “fragrance” or “parfum.” When a formula contains essential oils, each one is named in the ingredient list. Naturally occurring essential-oil components, such as Linalool or Limonene, are also disclosed where applicable.

Some water-based formulas use a plant-derived preservative blend containing Phenethyl Alcohol. This gives the blend a natural rose-like aroma. It is included as part of the preservation system, not as added perfume but you may still notice its light floral scent.

Products made without essential oils may also have a mild scent from their botanical ingredients or preservation system. If you are sensitive to fragrance or scent, please review the complete ingredient list on each product page and patch test before use.

In our studio lab in Los Angeles, California, our founder and formulator, Hannah Kim, and our cosmetic chemists develop every formula and each one is handcrafted in small batches.

For unopened products that are not exposed to heat and high temperatures have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. We highly recommend storing our products in a cool dry area to preserve their quality.

We would like to advise our customers to use our products within 6 months after opening for highest quality.

We source from small independent farms and large ingredient local suppliers located in the West and the East Coast region that obtain their ingredients from natural wildcrafted sources. We believe in supporting the local farmers and suppliers. Furthermore, we only purchase from local suppliers who are committed to cruelty-free, fair trade, and sustainability.

Our skincare comes in frosted glass bottles. Glass doesn’t absorb or react with plant oils the way some plastics can, and it’s widely recyclable wherever glass recycling is available. Please remove pumps and droppers before recycling.

Our boxes and tissue paper are made with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified materials. Because light and heat affect any plant-based formula, we recommend storing your products away from direct sunlight.

Combination skin needs two things at once: cleansing that doesn’t overdo it on oilier areas, and moisture that doesn’t feel heavy where you don’t need it. Here’s how we’d build that routine.

1. Revive Gentle Emollient Cleanser

A creamy, low-foam cleanser that cleans without leaving skin tight. It’s suitable for all skin types.

• Calendula Flower Water is the base of the formula in place of plain water, so the cleanser starts with a comforting botanical.
• Apricot Kernel Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, and Mango Seed Butter replace the softness that cleansing can take away, so drier areas stay comfortable.
• Aloe Juice and Glycerin help skin hold onto moisture while you rinse.
• Magnolia Bark Extract and Tocopherol provides antioxidant support.
• Lavender and Bergamot essential oils give it a calming, spa-like scent for your evening routine.

2. Invigorate Refreshing Toner

A feather-light mist for normal to oily skin.

• Tulsi, Witch Hazel, and Chamomile flower waters make up the base. Witch Hazel gives a clean, refreshed feel, Chamomile helps comfort skin, and Tulsi (holy basil) adds an antioxidant-rich botanical.
• Tamarind Seed Extract is rich in a natural polysaccharide that binds and holds water. It gives skin lightweight moisture with no oil at all.
• Glycerin draws moisture into the skin’s surface.

3. Restore Youth Serum

Our lightest oil serum, and the one we suggest for combination skin.

• Prickly Pear Seed Oil is the main ingredient. It’s naturally high in linoleic acid and has one of the highest vitamin E contents of any plant oil, yet it feels light and absorbs quickly.
• Borage Seed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil are both sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a fatty acid that helps support the skin barrier.
• Jojoba Seed Oil is a liquid plant wax similar to the waxes skin produces naturally, which is why it absorbs without a greasy feel.
• Kakadu Plum Extract comes from an Australian fruit naturally rich in vitamin C, for antioxidant support.
• Calendula, Bamboo, and Elderberry extracts add comforting and antioxidant support.

4. Replenish Antioxidant Moisturizer

A rich, velvety moisturizer that combines four kinds of support in one step. For combination or breakout-prone skin, apply a thin layer, focusing on areas that feel dry or tight.

• Hydration: Aloe Juice, Glycerin, and Sodium PCA help replenish moisture. Sodium PCA is a component of the skin’s own natural moisturizing factors. Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate adds skin conditioning.
• Barrier support: Squalane, Borage Seed Oil, Mango Seed Butter, Sunflower Seed Oil, and Rosehip Oil help support the skin’s moisture barrier and help reduce moisture loss.
• Antioxidant support: Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia Oleifera) is rich in polyphenols called catechins. Goji Seed Oil and Rosehip Oil add more antioxidants. Sea Buckthorn Oil is notable for palmitoleic acid (omega-7) and natural carotenoids.
• Soothing support: Chamomile Flower Water, Bisabolol (a key component of chamomile), and Centella Asiatica Extract help comfort skin that feels dry or reactive.

For a ready-made routine, the Balanced Beauty Essentials Kit was created for mature normal, combination, and oily skin.

Note: Customers can opt to use the moisturizer during the day and the serum at night. Both can be incorporated into the skincare routine based on personal preference.

1. Regenerate Reviving Serum

This serum is specifically designed for dry, aging skin, the Regenerate Reviving Serum offers an opulent experience of rejuvenation and hydration. It's packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins from Apricot Kernel and Baobab, it revitalizes the skin, promoting cell renewal and enhancing circulation.
